Annual output per shift is about 1 million square meters
(60 * 0.18 * 60 * 8 * 0.8 * 300 * 0.8 = 995, 328). The annual output of double shifts can be about 2 million square meters.
Maximum daily output (3 shifts) is about 10,000 square meters.
1. Vacuum requirements: According to the design of the whole line, a total of 24 chuck openings with a diameter of 110 mm. It is suggested that the wind speed should be 30 meters per second.
2. Blade tools, using diamond blade tools, to ensure uniform distribution of cutting force.
3. Working voltage is 380 volts and 50 Hertz.
4. Control voltage is 220 V, 50 Hertz, 24 V, Direct Current.
5. Total power of the slotted line is about 156 KW.
6. Equipment color: the main color is white and blue, and the warning color is red. All paints are implemented according to the standard.
